Decorating On A Budget
I recently had the pleasure to transform an extra bedroom into a daddy/daughter office space. My client's daughter wanted a room to do crafts and homework and also hang out with dad - which melted my heart as a daddy’s girl myself. After discussing what she was looking for and doing some investigating on her personality, likes/dislikes, and vision for the room, I got to work sourcing inexpensive items to bring the room together.
Real Estate Market during a pandemic
I certainly wouldn’t call myself an expert in the real estate market, after all, it’s only been a few short months since I got my license. On the other hand, I do consider myself an expert in finding silver linings and areas of opportunities, being a realist and a risk-taker, and asking the right people the right questions.
